We are seeking an experienced and motivated AGM/Beverage Manager to help lead daily restaurant and bar operations in partnership with the General Manager. Beverage Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • 3+ years of management experience in upscale, full-service dining environments
  • Experience running beverage program
  • Manage all beverage ordering and vendor relations
  • Supervise both FOH and BOH teams, ensuring efficiency, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company policies
  • Support recruiting, training, and development of staff to build a high-performing and engaged team
  • Assist in managing budgets, labor forecasting, and P&L reporting to drive profitability and control costs
  • Lead by example on the floor, maintaining visibility and engaging with guests to ensure exceptional experiences
  • Foster collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment between culinary and service teams
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations; train staff on responsible alcohol service
  • Strong beverage knowledge is required!
