Client Account Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
  • Current residence must be in the Midwest (CST) or US East Coast
  • Current experience in the IT industry
  • Experience working for direct competitors in IT software outsourcing is a MUST
  • 5+ years of client-facing account management roles, such as Account Manager, Client Bachelor, Success Manager/Executive, Client Services Executive, or similar positions
  • Experience directly providing staff augmentation services
  • Experience with establishing the Rates for the new resources to be proposed
  • Experience with providing complete and appropriate solutions to boost revenue growth and profitability
  • Self-motivated with results, detail, and deadline-driven mentality
  • Experience and comfort presenting to all management levels of potential client firms, from “C” level executives, product management, and IT professionals
  • Highly social and professional - client facing persona with excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Advanced English level

Client Account Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Located in the CST or EST time zone
  • Experience working with multinational distributed teams
