Area Director of Operations Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee 5–7 restaurant locations with operational and financial accountability
• Drive profitability through sales growth, labor optimization, and cost control
• Analyze weekly financial performance and develop improvement action plans
• Lead monthly General Manager meetings and training initiatives
• Dedicate one weekend day per week to restaurant-level operational oversight

Area Director of Operations Qualifications:

• 7–10+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience
• 2–5+ years in multi-unit management required
• Strong P&L management, forecasting, and financial analysis skills
• Experience in high-volume QSR or fast-paced restaurant environments
• Proven ability to develop and retain leadership talent
• Hands-on leadership style with a strong accountability focus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant operational technology
