We are seeking a dynamic, hospitality-driven Multi-Outlet Food & Beverage Manager to lead the daily operations of two restaurant outlets, in-room dining, and some private events, in our 100-room upscale hotel. This role serves as the GM for the upscale restaurant location, full operations oversight for the casual concept, and staffing and oversight for the in-room dining team members.

Multi-Outlet Food & Beverage Manager Responsibilities?

  • Maintain strong floor presence in both outlets to coach teams and ensure seamless service execution
  • Uphold standards of excellence and hospitality philosophy across all teams
  • Ensure food quality, beverage execution, and service delivery consistently exceed expectations
  • Interview, hire, train, coach, and discipline team members and supervisors
  • Oversee financial performance, including revenue, labor, and cost controls
  • Collaborate with Operations and Culinary leadership on seasonal menu updates and beverage innovation

Multi-Outlet Food & Beverage Manager Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience, including multi-outlet oversight
  • Experience in upscale or elevated dining environments
  • Strong financial acumen and labor management expertise
  • Proven ability to build, coach, and develop leadership teams
  • Hands-on leadership style with high floor presence
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends
