Assistant Manager — Upscale Casual Brewpub & Restaurant


A chef-driven brewpub and restaurant known for craft beverages, elevated food, and a strong community atmosphere is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead the team and support daily operations.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on the floor, loves hospitality, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support a 25–30 person front-of-house team during service
  • Ensure smooth floor operations, strong service flow, and memorable guest experiences
  • Coach, train, and motivate staff while maintaining high hospitality standards
  • Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism and confidence
  • Support event execution and help maintain an energetic, welcoming environment
  • Assist with inventory, merchandising, and daily operational tasks
  • Jump in wherever needed — running food, bussing tables, supporting the bar, etc.

What We’re Looking For

  • Restaurant management or strong key leadership experience
  • Background in chef-driven, craft-focused, or full-service restaurants preferred
  • Strong understanding of service steps and guest interaction
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to manage busy shifts
  • Confident communicator who leads with positivity and accountability
  • Team-first mindset with a willingness to be hands-on
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and events
