What You’ll Do

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, liquor regulations, and quality standards
  • Monitor labor, costs, and operational efficiency to support strong financial performance
  • Support the execution of events and high-volume service periods
  • Partner with senior leadership to continuously improve service, team engagement, and operational results

  • Management experience in high-volume restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment venues
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable
  • Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and cost controls
  • Knowledge of food safety, liquor compliance, and operational best practices
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
