Project Manager Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or a related field preferred

·       5+ years of commercial construction management experience with a General Contracting Company

·       Ability to independently coordinate multiple projects and initiatives

·       Experience in managing client relationships and team collaboration

Project Manager Responsibilities:

·       Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously

·       Perform project estimates, develop budgets, and ensure they align with client objectives

·       Coordinate subcontractor and supplier scope analysis

·       Facilitate weekly team progress meetings and provide timely communication with all parties

·       Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers, field staff, and subcontractors

·       Engage in industry networking events and ongoing professional development?
