Chef de Cuisine Requirements & Qualifications


  • Minimum 4 years of relevant culinary management experience, ideally in Italian fine dining or upscale restaurants with units generating $4–5 million
  • Deep understanding of seasonal ingredients, plating aesthetics, and kitchen management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual demeanor
  • Demonstrated drive for exceptional guest service

Chef de Cuisine Day-to-Day Responsibilities
