The Local Restaurant Marketing Manager is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for executing local store marketing initiatives that drive traffic, elevate catering sales, build community connections, and amplify national campaigns at the restaurant level. This role partners closely with restaurant leaders, training teams, and community partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and execute local restaurant marketing (LSM) initiatives across assigned markets
- Localize national campaigns and activate them through community partnerships and events
- Train restaurant teams on LSM execution and best practices
- Manage local marketing budgets, materials, and campaign collateral
- Build relationships with influencers, media, schools, and community organizations
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI
- Maintain brand standards across all local marketing efforts
- Actively seek out and drive Catering Sales opportunities
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of marketing or catering sales experience in restaurants or similar hospitality environments
- Proven ability to execute field-based, local marketing programs
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations, training, and external partners
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to commute between restaurant locations up to 50% of the time
- Flexibility to support nights and weekends for events as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $70,000–$85,000
