Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the whole team receives proper training/coaching and supervision
  • Drives with scheduling, hiring, onboarding
  • Full ownership of all team members' performance development and reviews, promotions, and terminations
  • Ensure full compliance of all opening and closing procedures
  • Resolve customer service issues with professionalism and efficiency
  • P&L owner and Guest Satisfaction champion

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a similar role with an upscale dining concept
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
  • Outgoing personality with the ability and desire to engage with customers on table touches
  • Flexible to the needs of the business
  • Willingness to learn
