We are seeking a talented and entrepreneurial Executive Chef for a unique role combining private chef service, boutique catering, and culinary concept development. This position will create exceptional dining experiences for ownership and guests while helping evolve and build multiple food concepts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as personal chef for ownership, creating seasonal, high-end meals.
  • Plan and execute intimate catered events for up to 15 guests.
  • Lead the culinary transition of a pizza shop into an elevated Italian trattoria.
  • Develop a food menu for a winery, focused on dishes that complement wine pairings.
  • Manage sourcing, food quality, menu development, and kitchen standards.

Ideal Candidate

  • Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience in fine dining or upscale Italian cuisine.
  • Strong skills in menu development, private dining, and small event catering.
  • Creative, organized, and comfortable working across multiple culinary environments.
