We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinarian Associate to join our full-service hospital network. This role is ideal for a doctor who values high-quality medicine, strong clinical standards, and a collaborative, well-resourced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnose conditions, and deliver preventive care plans tailored to each patient
- Develop problem-based diagnostic and treatment strategies with accuracy and clarity
- Maintain thorough medical records, including diagnostics, treatments, and client communication
- Perform routine and advanced surgeries (soft tissue, abdominal, mass removals)
- Conduct full-spectrum dental procedures including radiographs, extractions, and oral surgery
- Dentistry and surgery experience is highly preferred but not required
Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in hospital rounds
- Mentor paraprofessional and veterinary staff
- Support a professional culture centered on accountability, communication, and elevated care
Qualifications
- DVM (or equivalent) from an AVMA-accredited program
- Active veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA and controlled substance registration (or ability to obtain)
- USDA Category I Accreditation (or ability to complete within 60 days)
- Proficiency in anesthesia, dentistry, and routine veterinary surgery
