Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent full-service restaurant experience
• Some supervisory experience in roles like lead server, supervisor, or assistant manager preferred
• No degree required
• Strong team orientation and a genuine enthusiasm for great food and customer service
• Positive attitude and energetic presence
• Able to comply with company drug free environment policies
