General Manager Benefits & Compensation

  • Great base salary

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3 years experience in being a general manager in full service restaurant with alcohol
  • Operational management of the restaurant including staffing, training, customer service, inventory
  • Compliance of all state and local regulations for the restaurant
  • Financial management with responsibility for budgeting, managing costs, and achieving revenue goals. Analyze P&L statements, implement cost-control measures, and ensure profitability.
