General Manager – Full-Service Restaurant

About the Opportunity

As General Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations while leading a dedicated front- and back-of-house team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining profitability, developing employees, and ensuring every guest leaves with an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across both Front of House and Back of House
  • Lead, coach, and support FOH and BOH managers
  • Maintain a visible leadership presence across day and evening shifts
  • Manage ordering, vendor relationships, and inventory controls
  • Monitor and manage food and labor costs
  • Assist with staff scheduling alongside FOH leadership
  • Support food cost management, including meat cutting and portioning as needed
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
  • Coordinate weddings and private events, including menu planning and execution
  • Maintain communication with the corporate office for payroll and accounts payable
  • Complete bank deposits and operational reporting
  • Uphold exceptional customer service standards and resolve guest concerns professionally
