Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of management experience in a fine-dining independent restaurant
• Proven experience managing operations with annual sales revenue of $7M or more
• Willingness to be a hands-on manager for every shift

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience working in the French Quarter is helpful but not required
