Your Mission:

• Lead and inspire the entire restaurant team — front and back of house
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and labor management
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle issues with professionalism
• Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and brand presentation
• Drive sales, monitor budgets, and maximize restaurant performance

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
• MUST come from a restaurant with full service bar operations
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Passion for hospitality and leading by example
