Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a personal lines book of business including renewals, endorsements, and day-to-day account needs
  • Assist clients with coverage reviews, policy questions, billing concerns, and claims support
  • Educate clients on insurance solutions including home, auto, umbrella, and related coverages
  • Market accounts and work with carrier partners to secure competitive solutions when needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely, organized account management
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsive service

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in personal lines insurance or account management
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Insurance license preferred or ability to obtain
