Bar/Event Manager Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences

Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor to support business demands

Coach, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive culture

Resolve guest concerns and maintain high service standards

Drive operational efficiency, sales growth, and cost controls

Bar/Event Manager Requirements

2+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service bar or event venue

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills

Excellent communication, guest service, and problem-solving abilities

Experience with scheduling, labor management, and daily operations

TIPS Certification (or ability to obtain) and flexible availability
