Café General Manager Requirements & Responsibilities

• 4+ years managing single-unit operations in hospitality or consumer brands
• Proven ability to hire, train, and lead teams
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso, and equipment
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Passion for coffee and customer service
• Strong business acumen and ability to respond to trends
