Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute a scratch, French-inspired seafood menu with precision
  • Hire, train, and mentor a disciplined, high-performing culinary team
  • Maintain uncompromising standards in quality, presentation, and service
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including ordering, sanitation, and systems

Chef de Cuisine Qualifications

  • Formal culinary training with strong foundation in classical French cuisine
  • Extensive experience with fresh seafood fabrication and preparation
  • Background in chef-driven, quality-focused restaurant concepts
  • Proven leadership experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in an upscale, yet approachable setting
