Role:

Seeking an employment attorney with 2+ years of experience for a flexible, primarily advisory role. Ideal for someone looking to move away from litigation and billable hours. This is a mostly remote position with occasional in-person meetings in the Boston area. Full-time or part-time options available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on employee relations and workplace issues
  • Draft and update handbooks and employment documents
  • Guide disciplinary actions and terminations
  • Investigate harassment complaints
  • Advise on accommodations, leaves, and wage/hour compliance
  • Conduct legal research and deliver HR trainings
  • Support complex employee meetings

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and client communication skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000
