Assistant General Manager – Chef-Driven Concept Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily front-of-house operations
- Lead by example to ensure a seamless, hospitality-driven guest experience
- Assist with recruiting, training, and developing service teams
- Contribute to cost control efforts, scheduling, and labor management
- Uphold brand standards, service excellence, and team accountability across all shifts
Assistant General Manager – Chef-Driven Concept Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of management experience in upscale or fine dining
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional service in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Experience with cost control, labor management, and basic financial reporting
- Hands-on, professional, and passionate about creating memorable dining experiences
