Assistant General Manager – Chef-Driven Concept Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of management experience in upscale or fine dining
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional service in a high-volume environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Experience with cost control, labor management, and basic financial reporting
