We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FOH leader to join our Boston team as a Restaurant Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to co-manage operations at a high-end, casual dining concept known for its exceptional cocktails and cuisine.

Senior Restaurant Manager – Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in a high end, full-service, dining environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Strong operational knowledge, including service flow, inventory, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Must Haves (Unique day-to-day tasks specific to this role):

  • Direct and coordinate daily service to ensure smooth FOH operations and optimal table turnover.
  • Must have mid-to-large size (200+ seat) restaurant management experience.
  • Proficient in POS systems and restaurant accounting practices.
  • Exceptional communicator and ability to confidently converse with up to 250+ customers a night.
  • ServSafe certified or similar food safety certificate from a recognized company.
  • Monitor and maintain consistent service quality, ambiance, and cleanliness standards

Senior Restaurant Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience managing high-volume, upscale casual dining, restaurants.
  • Knowledge of scheduling software, POS systems, and inventory management tools
  • Servant leader and mentor type of personality. Passion for hospitality, cultural cuisine, and creating memorable guest interactions.
