A beloved neighborhood restaurant is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager / Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. Position Overview

The Restaurant Manager / AGM works closely with the General Manager and kitchen leadership to oversee daily operations, lead the front-of-house team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the front-of-house team during service
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality and service
  • Manage daily floor operations, reservations, and guest flow
  • Train, coach, and develop service staff
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and maintain service standards
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism
  • Monitor sales, labor, and daily operational reports
  • Collaborate with the chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless service

Compensation

  • Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience)
