Position Overview
The Restaurant Manager / AGM works closely with the General Manager and kitchen leadership to oversee daily operations, lead the front-of-house team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the front-of-house team during service
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and service
- Manage daily floor operations, reservations, and guest flow
- Train, coach, and develop service staff
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and maintain service standards
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism
- Monitor sales, labor, and daily operational reports
- Collaborate with the chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless service
Compensation
- Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience)
