We are looking for a restaurant manager for our Ultra-luxury, boutique hotel and restaurant. This position will report directly to the General Manager of the Hotel and will be fully responsible for all restaurant operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and professional restaurant leader to run an amazing program at an amazing property!

Fine Dining Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years as a restaurant manager in a fine dining establishment
  • Boutique luxury hotel experience highly preferred
  • Experience with Relais and Chateaux, Forbes, or Michelin standards preferred
  • Excellent wine and spirit knowledge
  • Experience with new restaurant openings preferred
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker

Fine Dining Restaurant Manager responsibilities:

  • Manage the restaurant team members with integrity and consistency
  • Coordinate with the Executive Chef and Hotel GM on restaurant operations
  • Ensure high standards of service and excellence
  • Manage inventory and bar program to ensure budget goals
  • Schedule staff as needed to meet guest expectations and labor goals
  • Other duties as assigned
