Are you a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused environment? We are seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate all dining and event operations at our private golf club.

What You’ll Do

As the Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee all aspects of the club’s dining and beverage operations, including:

  • Full-service clubhouse restaurant and bar
  • Snack shack and beverage cart operations
  • Banquets, tournaments, and private events

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading, training, and developing a large, seasonal team
  • Driving service excellence and consistency across all outlets
  • Managing day-to-day operations with a hands-on approach
  • Partnering with the events/sales team to execute successful functions
  • Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in food & beverage (private club, resort, or high-volume hospitality preferred)
  • Strong operational and financial acumen (budgeting, labor management, cost controls)
  • A “lead from the floor” management style
  • Ability to manage multiple outlets and priorities simultaneously
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused
  • Comfortable working 55–60 hours per week, including weekends and holidays

    • Monday–Saturday: 11 AM – 9 PM
    • Sunday: 10 AM – 8 PM
