We are a small, family-owned insurance agency seeking a motivated and professional Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join our team. We pride ourselves on a friendly, supportive, family-feel work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with commercial insurance clients
  • Communicate with clients in a friendly, professional manner while addressing questions and concerns
  • Provide information and guidance on commercial lines insurance products and services
  • Handle “soup-to-nuts” commercial lines account management, including day-to-day servicing of assigned accounts
  • Quote both new and renewal commercial insurance business
  • Submit applications for new policies and bind coverage
  • Market, quote, and rate new business and renewal accounts
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in AMS360
  • Prepare certificates of insurance, client correspondence, and related documentation

Knowledge & Skills Desired:

  • Active P&C License Required
  • Strong customer service focus with a high level of professionalism
  • Experience in Commercial Lines Insurance required (Ideally 10 years)
  • Excellent computer skills; experience with AMS360 required
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
