We are a small, family-owned insurance agency seeking a motivated and professional Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join our team. We pride ourselves on a friendly, supportive, family-feel work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with commercial insurance clients
- Communicate with clients in a friendly, professional manner while addressing questions and concerns
- Provide information and guidance on commercial lines insurance products and services
- Handle “soup-to-nuts” commercial lines account management, including day-to-day servicing of assigned accounts
- Quote both new and renewal commercial insurance business
- Submit applications for new policies and bind coverage
- Market, quote, and rate new business and renewal accounts
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in AMS360
- Prepare certificates of insurance, client correspondence, and related documentation
Knowledge & Skills Desired:
- Active P&C License Required
- Strong customer service focus with a high level of professionalism
- Experience in Commercial Lines Insurance required (Ideally 10 years)
- Excellent computer skills; experience with AMS360 required
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
