Event Sales Coordinator – Boston

We’re seeking a highly organized, client-focused Event Sales Coordinator to support the planning and execution of high-volume, experience-driven events in Boston.

This role blends event logistics, client service, and sales support. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and loves bringing events to life.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end event planning (logistics, timelines, vendors, F&B, AV)
  • Serve as primary liaison for confirmed clients
  • Conduct site visits and walkthroughs
  • Create and manage BEOs and booking documentation
  • Track payments, pre-orders, and final details
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Finance
  • Support upselling initiatives and enhance guest experience

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in events or high-volume hospitality
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • CRM and booking platform proficiency
  • A proactive, team-first mindset
