Greater Boston's number one catering company is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to help lead its culinary catering operations while assisting leadership in overseeing and executing next-level events. CATERING SOUS CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the executive chef, the executive sous chef, and the leadership team in the flawless execution of high-end catering food production
- Assure of exceptional quality, taste, and the presentation of all menu items
- Provide accountability to the team and make sure the standards are met
- Lead, mentor, and help develop a large team of professional culinarians
CATERING SOUS CHEF QUALIFICATIONS:
- Training or a degree from an accredited culinary institution preferred
- 2 to 4 years of experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, and/or high-end catering
- Must be an excellent communicator
- Ability to lead a team and train others
- Must be a creative and skilled culinarian
