Greater Boston's number one catering company is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to help lead its culinary catering operations while assisting leadership in overseeing and executing next-level events. If you have a background in Luxury Hotels, Fine Dining, and/or High-End Catering we'd like to speak with you today!

CATERING SOUS CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the executive chef, the executive sous chef, and the leadership team in the flawless execution of high-end catering food production
  • Assure of exceptional quality, taste, and the presentation of all menu items
  • Provide accountability to the team and make sure the standards are met
  • Lead, mentor, and help develop a large team of professional culinarians

CATERING SOUS CHEF QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Training or a degree from an accredited culinary institution preferred
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, and/or high-end catering
  • Must be an excellent communicator
  • Ability to lead a team and train others
  • Must be a creative and skilled culinarian
