Our growing restaurant group is looking for a dynamic and high-energy General Manager for our upscale, locally sourced ingredients restaurant concept. The menu is from scratch and features many fresh, locally sourced items. This candidate must be an expert at hiring and training staff, people development, managing inventory and controlling costs.
General Manager Requirements
- This role requires Chef, Kitchen Manager experience or proven strong culinary leadership
- Manage Inventory and all related systems
- Manage and Control Costs
- Train, coach, and develop hourly team members, and drive sales
- Lead the team to execute and deliver an extensive menu
General Manager Qualifications
- 4+ years of General Manager experience in upscale or casual concepts with kitchen experience
- Tenure of 2+ years
- Ability to build relationships with guests and vendors
- Understand a P&L and daily administration
- Have a guest-first attitude and drive the team to have the same attitude
