Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager Benefits / Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily kitchen operations of a cool, fast-paced casual dining restaurant.

  • Manage all BOH cost areas, Scheduling, Inventory, Purchasing, etc.

Executive Chef /Kitchen Manager Requirements:

  • The ability to thrive in a high-volume ($3-5 million) kitchen environment.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of Kitchen Management experience
  • Ability to manage all BOH cost areas / inventory / ordering/ scheduling / labor cost.
