Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager Benefits / Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily kitchen operations of a cool, fast-paced casual dining restaurant.
- Lead and develop a team with a hands-on approach.
- Manage all BOH cost areas, Scheduling, Inventory, Purchasing, etc.
- Collaborate with the FOH team and company leadership.

Executive Chef /Kitchen Manager Requirements:
- The ability to thrive in a high-volume ($3-5 million) kitchen environment.
- Minimum of 2+ years of Kitchen Management experience
