  • Deep knowledge of upscale dining standards, wine service, craft cocktails, private events, and premium beverages

Restaurant General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations for an upscale restaurant and banquet facility
  • Lead, train, and inspire the restaurant and banquet teams to deliver outstanding service
  • Manage financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive business growth
  • Foster excellent staff relations, ensuring high engagement and efficiency
