- 3–5 years of general manager experience in upscale dining
- Deep knowledge of upscale dining standards, wine service, craft cocktails, private events, and premium beverages
- Hospitality-focused attitude with enthusiasm for guest experience
- Demonstrated strength in leadership, communication, and team development skills
Restaurant General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations for an upscale restaurant and banquet facility
- Lead, train, and inspire the restaurant and banquet teams to deliver outstanding service
- Manage financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive business growth
- Foster excellent staff relations, ensuring high engagement and efficiency
- Take full responsibility for team development and succession planning
