Preschool Teacher (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do

• Create a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
• Lead daily activities, lessons, and routines for preschool-aged children
• Communicate with parents in a professional and caring manner
• Manage classroom behavior with confidence and consistency
• Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
• Work closely with a team to ensure consistency and care

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in childcare, preschool, or early childhood education preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability (attendance and consistency are critical)
• Warm, patient, and engaging personality
• Ability to manage a classroom independently
• Strong communication skills with both children and parents
• Someone who takes pride in their work and shows up fully each day

This Role May Not Be a Fit If You’re Looking For

• A flexible or part-time schedule
• A low-responsibility or “easy” childcare role
• Remote or hybrid work

Compensation & Benefits

• $17–20/hour (based on experience)
• Free childcare for full-time employees
• 50% healthcare coverage after 90 days
• PTO (accrued from day one, available after 90 days)
