We’re hiring a part-time Apprenticeship Program Coordinator to keep apprenticeship programs running smoothly, accurately, and on track. This role is the backbone of program operations-- managing records, tracking progress, and keeping contractors and apprentices aligned. Apprenticeship Program Coordinator Benefits and Compensation:

Apprenticeship Program Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces without letting anything slip
- Experience working with spreadsheets, tracking data, and maintaining accurate records
- High attention to detail-- this role lives and dies by documentation accuracy
- Strong communication skills across contractors, apprentices, and leadership
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for regular local travel to contractor sites, training locations, and industry events
- Ability to manage compliance-related documentation and maintain audit-ready records
Must haves:
- Track apprentice OJT hours, program progression, and status changes in real time
- Maintain clean, structured digital filing systems that someone else can actually understand
- Follow up directly with contractors to collect missing documentation and keep programs moving
- Coordinate apprentice registrations, completions, and updates without bottlenecks
- Travel locally to contractor sites and events to support program operations and maintain relationships
- Support reporting and data tracking tied to program compliance and performance
Apprenticeship Program Coordinator Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in workforce development, apprenticeship programs, or skilled trades environments
- Familiarity with compliance-driven programs or regulatory reporting
- Experience working with contractors, unions, or trade-based organizations
- Comfort assisting with events, meetings, and industry outreach
- Ability to balance administrative work with occasional in-person engagement
