- Manage all leads and inquiries for event and day group business, from proposal to execution
- Oversee catering sales, event planning, and operational details to ensure memorable outcomes
- Collaborate with sales, culinary, food & beverage, and operational teams to coordinate details across the resort
- Lead, mentor, and train sales and event staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and service standards
- Maintain strong relationships with planners, vendors, and clients to foster repeat and referral business
- Handle contract negotiation, payment processing, and budget oversight for all catered events
- Represent the resort at client meetings, tours, trade shows, and community functions to drive business growth
