Front of House Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant leadership or management experience preferred
  • Strong guest service and hospitality mindset
  • Ability to lead and motivate hourly teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience handling guest concerns and resolving issues professionally
  • Ability to support food, labor, and operational cost controls
  • Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
  • Basic computer and restaurant systems knowledge preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
