Restaurant Manager – Upscale Casual Restaurant (Cary, NC)

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 + Bonuses | Closed Sundays | Growth Opportunity

Overview:

We are partnering with a growing, chef-driven restaurant group opening new locations in 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant General Manager who wants to make an impact, lead with hospitality, and grow with an expanding company. The concept features scratch-made food, warm service, and a polished, community-focused atmosphere.

This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys driving guest experience, and is motivated to help build systems as the company grows.


What You Will Do:

• Lead daily FOH and BOH operations

• Deliver sincere, polished hospitality

• Support a scratch-made, chef-driven menu

• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and ordering

• Maintain high standards for food and service

• Train and develop team members

• Monitor financial performance and labor

• Be a strong floor presence during service

• 3+ years of upscale casual or fine dining leadership

• Experience in chef-driven, scratch kitchen environments preferred

• Strong communicator with a calm, composed leadership style

• Self-motivated, organized, and confident leading from the floor

• Able to work with limited structure and help build processes

• Stable career history
