• Coaching and developing the team.
• Must promote a Hospitality focused culture
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Thinking on your feet during a very fast-paced service while staying positive
• Motivating the team through thick and thin
• Good career tenure.
• 3 plus years of experience in the role of Assistant General Manager
• Full-Service High Volume Restaurant experience required
• Knowledge of budget management and financials.
• FOH & BOH Experience is a plus
