• Ensure quality and service standards are maintained at all times
• Train, coach, and develop team members to uphold polished service standards
• Demonstrate strong financial acumen — assist in controlling costs and driving profitability
• Oversee daily operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications

• At least 5 years of leadership experience as a full-service restaurant manager and two of those years as an AGM in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment
• Experience managing annual sales volumes over $5 million
• Proven track record of controlling costs and achieving strong financial results with the leadership team
• Ability to train, develop, and motivate a professional and polished service team
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to excellence
