Assistant Manager | Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily service operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences from door to dessert
• Train, coach, and empower FOH team members to uphold the highest hospitality standards
• Create an engaging dining room culture through communication, teamwork, and accountability
• Conduct effective pre-shift meetings to share updates, specials, and service goals
• Monitor floor activity to anticipate guest needs and resolve issues swiftly and professionally
• Partner closely with the culinary team to ensure quality and timing align with guest expectations
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance with Mecklenburg County and company guidelines
• Support administrative duties including scheduling, inventory accuracy, and daily cash controls

Requirements & Must Haves

We’re looking for a proven restaurant leader who brings:

• Minimum 3 years of floor management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• A calm, confident leadership style with strong communication and guest relations skills
• Working knowledge of restaurant POS systems, reporting, and basic computer skills
• Ability to lead by example in all facets of service, cleanliness, and teamwork
• Stamina to work long shifts (up to 10–12 hours), including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs as part of normal operations
• Spanish speaking is a plus
