Superintendent Requirements & Qualifications

• 10+ years of field construction management experience as a lead superintendent
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Experience with retail, hospitality, automotive dealerships, or other commercial projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Willingness to travel as needed

Superintendent Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee all work performed at the construction site, ensuring safety and quality standards
• Direct daily on-site supervision of field labor and subcontractors
• Execute and manage the project schedule and budget, maintaining constraints and resolving issues
• Review plans, inspect work, and ensure all specifications and project requirements are met
• Communicate and enforce the Safety Program, leading by example
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Attend and participate in project meetings, providing progress and safety reports
