An established and growing fast casual restaurant group is seeking a dedicated district manager to help lead several locations of an iconic North Carolina brand. District Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of multi-unit leadership experience (managing 3–6 QSR or fast casual restaurants)
- Strong work ethic and a positive, winning attitude
- Solid work history in the quick service restaurant industry
- High-volume QSR or fast casual experience with drive-through operations
- Demonstrated ability to teach, coach, and drive results
- Hands-on leadership style, comfortable spending significant time in stores
- Professional presentation with no visible tattoos or piercings
District Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience developing leaders with a servant leadership approach
- Proven business acumen and a record of driving operational results
