• 2–3+ years in full-service polished restaurant management
• Strong leadership, training, and team development skills
• Proficient in labor management, scheduling, and cost control
• Calm and solutions-focused in fast-paced environments

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience in coastal, seafood, or high-volume waterfront dining
