Sous Chef Job Requirement:

  • Actively cooking, hands-on Sous Chef with a supportive kitchen presence
  • Experience in high-volume scratch kitchen
  • Experience in making sauces and meat fabrication
  • Minimum 2+ years in a Sous Chef position
  • Ability to be creative
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a servant-leader approach
  • Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments
