We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on General Manager to join a rapidly growing fast casual restaurant group with exciting expansion plans ahead.

General Manager Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team
• Drive daily operations while maintaining exceptional service and food quality
• Foster a positive, accountable, and guest-focused culture
• Execute systems, standards, and processes to ensure operational excellence
• Take ownership of problem-solving and decision-making on the floor
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning and future growth initiatives

General Manager Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of General Manager experience in a fast casual setting
• Strong leadership presence with a hands-on management style
• Excellent attention to detail — the little things matter
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
• Self-starter who can think independently and act decisively
• Passion for hospitality, team development, and operational excellence
