Construction Laborer – Excavation & Site Work

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join a growing excavation and site development team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and has experience supporting excavation, underground utility installation, and site preparation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with excavation and site preparation for residential and commercial projects
• Support installation of underground utilities, including water, sewer, and drainage systems
• Perform work related to septic systems and leach fields
• Assist with grading, roadwork, and foundation preparation
• Install grates, piping, and other drainage components
• Operate hand tools and assist equipment operators as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on time

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in construction, excavation, or underground utilities preferred
• Familiarity with septic systems, drainage, or roadwork is a plus
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus)
