Our client is a growing heavy civil and site development contractor seeking a Project Engineer to support Project Managers and field teams on roadway, utility, and infrastructure projects. This is a strong growth role for candidates looking for hands-on experience and long-term career development.
What You’ll Do
- Support Project Managers with daily project coordination
- Track job costs, quantities, RFIs, submittals, and documentation
- Assist with schedules, change orders, and progress reporting
- Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams
- Support utility, sitework, roadway, and municipal projects
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in heavy civil, site development, or utility construction
- Ability to read plans and specifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Procore a plus)
- Civil Engineering or Construction Management background preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $70k-$85k salary based on experience
