What You’ll Do as a Sous Chef

  • Deliver an outstanding guest experience through excellence in food quality and service
  • Train, guide, and empower kitchen staff to perform at their best
  • Foster a respectful, supportive, and accountable team environment
  • Assist the Kitchen Manager and Executive Chef as needed
  • Maintain high standards of service and execution during every shift

What You Bring in a Sous Chef Role

  • 2–3+ years of kitchen leadership experience
