What You’ll Do as a Sous Chef

- Train, guide, and empower kitchen staff to perform at their best
- Foster a respectful, supportive, and accountable team environment
- Assist the Kitchen Manager and Executive Chef as needed
- Maintain high standards of service and execution during every shift

- 2–3+ years of kitchen leadership experience
