A dynamic and expanding restaurant concept is seeking a dedicated and passionate Regional Chef to elevate back-of-house operations across multiple locations. Regional Chef Qualifications:


Multi-Unit Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years supporting culinary operations across multiple full-service restaurants.

New Openings: Proven involvement in new restaurant openings, including menu execution, training, and operational rollout.

Operational Leadership: Strong ability to manage food cost performance, including understanding Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), specifications, inventory, and project execution while holding teams accountable to standards.

Field Presence: Comfortable visiting multiple locations regularly, coaching chefs and teams in real time to drive consistency and energy in the kitchens.

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Restaurant 365, Toast, or similar restaurant systems to support operational efficiency.

Leadership: Collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor, develop, and motivate culinary teams.

Culinary Passion: Genuine passion for food, quality, and continuous improvement.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally.
