Pool Maintenance Technician

As a Service Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by keeping pools clean, safe, and operating at their best. You’ll have ownership of your route, work independently, and be part of a supportive, team-driven environment that celebrates hard work and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain and service residential and/or commercial pools to ensure optimal performance
• Test and balance water chemistry; add chemicals based on conditions and usage
• Clean pool surfaces and maintain overall pool health
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and assist with repairs on pool equipment
• Identify leaks or potential issues and communicate next steps
• Perform seasonal services including winterizing
• Document all work performed (photos, readings, service details)
• Keep your company truck, tools, and equipment organized and ready
• Provide recommendations to improve pool performance and safety
• Support and train team members when needed

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of pool maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of water chemistry, circulation systems, and equipment
• Valid driver’s license
• Certified Maintenance Specialist (CMS) required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage your own workload
• Customer-first mindset with great communication skills
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable

Certifications (Required or Willing to Obtain)

• CSP – Certified Service Professional
• CPO – Certified Pool Operator
• OSHA 10/30 & SST10
